Exchange & Return Policy

At The Jewel Factor, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Our policies differ for UAE and international orders.


For UAE Orders

  • Exchanges only (no refunds).

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Once received and inspected, you will receive a store credit of the same value within 14 days.

  • Store credit is valid for 3 months and can be used only on www.thejewelfactor.com.

Important:

  • Packages must be securely sealed in a tamper-proof courier bag or protective packaging. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately with a clear photograph.


For International Orders

  • At present, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international shipments.

  • All international sales are final.
