At The Jewel Factor, we want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. Our policies differ for UAE and international orders.
For UAE Orders

Exchanges only (no refunds).

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

Once received and inspected, you will receive a store credit of the same value within 14 days.

Store credit is valid for 3 months and can be used only on www.thejewelfactor.com.

Packages must be securely sealed in a tamper-proof courier bag or protective packaging. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit due to poor packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately with a clear photograph.
For International Orders

At present, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on international shipments.

All international sales are final.
