Exchange & Return Policy

All items, unless specifically mentioned, are exchangeable. We do not do refunds. We have to be notified of your desire to exchange the product(s) within 7 days of receiving it.

    • Any item that you want to exchange, should not be used or damaged.
    • All items purchased on www.thejewelfactor.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. There will be a credit of that amount, that will be deposited into your account through email or whatsapp within 14 days.
    • The coupon can be used for a future purchase of within 3 months at www.thejewelfactor.com
    • Please contact our customer service via e-mail or whatsapp, requesting for an exchange pick up and our team will organise it and instruct you of the necessary steps. 
  • PLEASE NOTE ANY PACKAGE BEING COURIERED BACK TO US, SHOULD BE PACKED IN A SEAL TIGHT COURIER BAG OR SOME FORM OF PACKAGING. WE WILL NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY PRODUCTS, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN HANDED OVER IN A SECURE MANNER. 
  • Once we have received the package, the product(s) will be checked if it has been used or damaged (during return delivery).
  • For items that have been damaged from our end during delivery, please contact info@thejewelfactor.com or whatsapp us on +91 9619478856 with a photograph of the damaged product.
